Fort Smith, Arkansas

About Phoenix Center

Constructed from 1957-1985, the Phoenix Village Mall was the first enclosed mall in Arkansas.

At the time of acquisition, through a special purpose entity, in January 2009, 675,000 square feet was essentially empty and in disrepair. After being redeveloped the Phoenix Center is home to over 1500 employees in the healthcare and financial industries as well as numerous other retail operations.
